When she gave birth to her child, she and her partner were gradually thrust back into the world, eventually finding themselves at home in Midcoast Maine where she devoted herself to motherhood while sharing her kitchen creations with her community. When her daughter began thriving in school full-time, Amanda returned to the question she had first set out to answer: “What is my calling?” only to realize that what she most wanted to do was the thing she was already doing: creating tasteful, wholesome organic food and sharing it with others.
