Join us this Saint Patrick’s Day for a beer tasting and live music in the Co-op cafe. Beth will be sampling and discussing rich and malty stouts from local brewers and around the world. Non-alcoholic options will be included.

We’re planning to sample the following options:

Mast Landing’s Gunner’s Daughter Milk Stout, an aromatic and well-balanced milk stout with tasty notes of peanut butter, coffee, and dark chocolate.

Atlantic Brewing Company’s Cadillac Mountain Stout, an Irish-style dry stout that is dark with a creamy tan head. It is full-bodied and flavorful without being overly sweet or heavy. It’s roasty, with a just-a-hint-bitter finish.

Bissell Brothers' Presence of Another World is an American Imperial Stout aged for over a year in Dad’s Hat rye barrels, then finished with house-toasted cacao nibs, Ceylon cinnamon, whole vanilla beans, and a pinch of Ancho chiles. Rich and deeply complex, POAW is like Mexican Hot Chocolate for adults. dark chocolate.
