MEET OUR BOARD OF DIRECTORS
Thomas May -Treasurer
I am an independent builder (now retired) living in Lincolnville. Member of the Co-op since 1990. I believe the values and practices of the co-operative model the Good Tern represents are valuable and worth conserving.
Term Year 2
I first became seriously interested in environmentalism and the
ethical treatment of animals when I started producing public
relations films for the European Commission’s Directorate General for
Environment. The purpose of these films was to communicate European
Union policy on the environment, and to raise awareness about issues
such as climate change, sustainability, and biodiversity. In 2012, I
moved to Rockland and began work on The Guru’s Touch, a coming of age
novel, set for publication in June of 2017.
Steve Cartwright is serving for the second time on the Good Tern board
and has long been a member and volunteer. A freelance writer and
photographer, he lives in Tenants Harbor and loves to run, hike, sail,
swim, dance and just be in the company of friends. He can be reached at
372-6534, email: firstname.lastname@example.org
