Cooling Guacamole with Tomatillos + Red Grapes 


2 ripe avocados 
2  tomatillos, chopped
handful of halved cherry tomatoes
1 red onion 
zest + juice of 1 lime
2 cloves minced garlic
1 bunch of halved red grapes
hot pepper, minced
bunch of chopped fresh cilantro


Thoroughly combine all ingredients, leaving some cilantro aside as a garnish. For a quick and easy meal, place guacamole on top of black beans, simmered with cumin and garlic, and brown rice. Enjoy!

We started with their fresh turkeys for Thanksgiving and recently added chicken. Antibiotic free, free range conventional feed.  
Apple Bottom Farm – Jackson
Ground beef, raised organically. Finished with apples from their orchard.
SpringDale Farm – Waldo
We carry their plain and garlic/chive cream cheeses. No antibiotics/growth hormones
Balfour Farm – Pittsfield 
Organic dairy and farmstead. We carry their organic buttermilk, whole milk yogurt and cultured cream.

Organically raised duck eggs
